Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Information

All orders shipped by Dhstyling include valid tracking numbers. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their shipment using the tracking information provided.

By placing an order with us, the customer agrees that tracking confirmation provided by the shipping carrier constitutes proof of delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery errors due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages left unattended after delivery
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Failed delivery attempts

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct and that the delivery location is secure.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Carrier Confirmation

We rely on the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation as official proof of delivery. This includes:

  • Tracking confirmation
  • Delivery timestamps
  • GPS confirmation where available
  • Delivery photographs where available

This documentation may be used to dispute payment disputes or chargebacks.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Waiting 24 hours as some carriers mark delivered early

While we will assist where possible, Dhstyling cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs delays
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Events outside our control

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, customers agree to contact us first to resolve any delivery issues before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback for an order confirmed as delivered may be considered fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to submit all order information, tracking data, delivery confirmation, IP address data, and customer communication to financial institutions to contest illegitimate disputes.

Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Dhstyling, the customer agrees to this shipping policy and acknowledges responsibility for receiving the package once delivery has been confirmed.
