At Dhstyling, we take pride in the quality of our products.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, we understand that situations may arise where an exchange is needed. We’re here to help!
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

A request for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept exchanges for:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Sale items or gift cards
How to Request an Exchange

Reason for exchange
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item for exchange.
Please do not send items back to us without requesting an exchange first.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will confirm whether your exchange is approved.
If approved, you may select another product of equal value.
If the new item is higher priced, you will need to pay the difference.
Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of their parcel. Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection are not eligible for a refund until received back by the merchant. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
